  I come here in the mornings to work to get a break from the office and the food is consistently good. The service and quality of the coffee is hit and miss, but that's expected with any place you go. Heck, the coffee I make at my house is not always good.
  
  For the most part, it is quiet and relaxing.

  Took 10 minutes to take my order, forgot it was a Togo order, and forgot to put the cream cheese that I paid for in the bag. The iced Carmel latte was yummy though

  I don't even know where to begin. Employees were joking and saying "are you going to answer the phone?" Meanwhile, customers are standing there waiting to order. Then, the ordering process. Completely clueless. One person in our party ordered Mac and cheese. The order taker yelled back to other staff, asking if they had any. Another employee yelled back, "yes, we have Mac and cheese all day. " The order taker then yelled back, " but do we have any NOW?" It took ten minutes to order. Not surprisingly, our order didn't come out right.

  This establishment is absolutely disgusting. Two times I have visited and when walking in the front door, the building reeks of urine! Why and how is that possible? The place just seems run down and dirty. Not comfortable or inviting.  Dishes were piled up at an unbelievable amount. Just gross. One star is only because the food was as expected.

  No soap in the men's bathroom. Really? At a Panera! A broken empty soap machine on the wall and an empty pump on the sink. Just makes you wonder about the kitchen.
